Today it’s #GivingTuesday, an annual event that celebrates charitable giving and encourages donations to great causes.
Here at The Trussell Trust East Grinstead, we are always grateful for your donations, and if you want to help, click here for give to our Christmas Appeal, or click here for our shopping list items. However, in December, we’d especially appreciate it if you could give your time to volunteer with our Christmas Appeal!
We need help bagging items to distribute to the families and individuals who need them most. You would be working at our Foodbank HQ in the Jubilee Centre (Charlwood Road) with our warehouse manager – James. If you are available and want to help on Thursday 8th December and Thursday 15th December then please contact Tony on 07983 209940. We need volunteers for 6 hours each day, so please call if you can spare any time – even if it’s just an hour or two!
